Leicester City Football Club is seeking a Foundation Phase Coach to support the development of players aged 9-11 within the Academy. You will deliver engaging, inclusive coaching that challenges players and aligns with the Academy curriculum.

The successful candidate will have significant experience with young player development, strong communication skills, and be working towards or hold a UEFA B qualification. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment at LCFC.

Qualifications

• Experience developing young players (9-11) within a football academy.
• Ability to deliver age-appropriate coaching practices aligned to curriculum.
• Excellent communication with players, parents, coaches and management.
