Job summary

A professional football club is seeking a Foundation Development Phase Coach (Casual) to enhance player development for ages U8–U11. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to deliver a coaching program that aligns with the club’s philosophy and performance plan. Responsibilities include assessing players, maintaining records, and creating a safe learning environment. Applicants must hold a UEFA C Licence and be working towards the UEFA B Licence, alongside a valid Enhanced DBS check. Flexibility in working hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Enhanced DBS check required.
• Experience in a permanent coaching capacity within professional football is preferred.
• Experience across various schoolboy age groups is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop players primarily within the Foundation Phase (U8–U11).
• Deliver a high-quality coaching programme aligned with the Club’s philosophy.
• Monitor and assess Academy players during training and games.
