Job summary

Leicester City Football Club is recruiting a Foundation Phase Coach for the Academy, focusing on players aged 9–11. You will plan and deliver age‑appropriate coaching within the Academy curriculum, fostering confidence, skills and game intelligence in a dynamic environment.

The role requires significant experience with youth development and strong communication with players, parents, and staff, plus a UEFA B qualification (or progress toward it).

Qualifications

• Minimum UEFA B qualification (or working towards) is essential.
• Significant experience in developing young players aged 9–11.
• Ability to communicate positively with young players, parents, coaches and management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality, age‑appropriate coaching that aligns with the Academy curriculum for 9–11 year olds.
• Create engaging, inclusive and challenging learning environments to develop confident, skilful and adaptable players.
• Contribute to the Club’s development objectives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance setting.
