Job summary

Leicester City Football Club is seeking a Foundation Phase Coach to support the development of 9-11-year-old players within the Academy. You will plan and deliver age-appropriate coaching in line with the Academy curriculum and foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment that challenges players to grow as confident, skilful and adaptable footballers.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in young player development, possess UEFA B (or be working towards it), and

Qualifications

• Significant experience in young player development and knowledge of appropriate technique and skill development.
• Ability to communicate positively with young players, their parents, coaches and management with energy and enthusiasm.
• Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate coaching practices aligned with the Academy curriculum for 9-11-year-old players.
• Create an engaging, inclusive and appropriately challenging learning environment.
