Job summary

Ysgol Gymunedol Talybont is seeking two Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support learners in our Foundation Learning Class. You will work with the class teacher to help individuals access the curriculum and develop independence in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support for pupils, including those with additional educational needs.
• Deliver outreach support and assist with Individual Education Plans.
• Promote inclusion, independence and positive behaviour.
• Support learning activities, monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Help create a purposeful and supportive learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families and participate in school life.
