Job summary

Independent Fostering Agency in the North Yorkshire/County Durham region seeks a Fostering Team Manager to lead the fostering service on a permanent, full-time basis. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and eligibility to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

• Monitor service quality, performance and outcomes; conduct audits and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with local authorities and partner agencies.
• Manage team workloads, performance and development.
• Support strategic planning and development of fostering services.
