Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer specializing in Next Generation AI & Computing to help customers evaluate, adopt, and deploy emerging AI technologies that define the next generation of intelligent enterprise systems.

You will work directly with customers to identify strategic opportunities, assess emerging technologies, and transform cutting-edge innovations into secure, scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and delivering innovative AI solutions in customer-facing engineering roles.
• Proven ability evaluating emerging technologies and translating research into production-ready solutions.
• Strong expertise in AI architectures, distributed systems, cloud-native engineering, and enterprise software development.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify future technology opportunities and define innovation roadmaps.
• Assess environments and identify value from emerging AI and computing technologies.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions and PoVs using next-gen architectures.
• Evaluate technologies and trends to recommend optimal enterprise solutions.
• Translate research into scalable enterprise architectures and deployments.
• Leverage AI-assisted development and automation to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality.
• Ensure solutions are secure by design, scalable, and governance-aligned.
