Job summary

NiCE is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven customer engagement solutions. You will work across AI agent architectures, APIs, and integrations to deliver scalable self-service experiences powered by intelligent agents and knowledge systems.

The role combines software engineering, AI agent development, and customer solution architecture, requiring collaboration with customers and business leaders to translate complex challenges into end-to-end automation.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of AI agent architectures and full-stack development.

Responsibilities
