Job summary

ICIS is building its first forward-deployed product team to define customer-embedded, discovery-led development for chemicals customers. You will identify high-value problems, validate solutions quickly, and demonstrate measurable commercial value while guiding a cross-functional squad from discovery to scalable pilots.

You will own customer relationships, drive weekly engagement, and shape platform prioritisation with Sales and central productisation teams.

Qualifications

• Track record in customer-backed, forward-de deployed or embedded product work.
• Shipped intelligence or data platform outcomes in complex customer orgs.
• Experience in strategy or transformation consulting with ownership of a shipped outcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple forward-deployed initiatives with named chemicals customers.
• Deliver first working proof of concept within 60 days.
• Drive first paid pilot to go live within one quarter.
• Own discovery and delivery rhythm with weekly customer engagement.
• Create playbooks and enablement materials for Sales and central productisation teams when patterns are validated.
