Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Agentforce Operations to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions inside customer environments. You will craft multi-agent workflows, grounding systems, and API pipelines that integrate with Salesforce Data Cloud and major ERPs.

You will work with a Deployment Strategist and AI Engineers to ship production-ready code, define agent reasoning, and ensure reliable operation from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with production AI or data integration
• Hands-on in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Apex
• Experience with LLM orchestration, prompt tuning, and RAG pipelines

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise AI agent orchestration inside customer environments
• Develop real-time grounding systems and multi-agent communication protocols
• Build integrations between AFO/Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud and ERP systems
• Write production code and implement scalable data pipelines
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists and AI Engineers in agile pods
