Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will work with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready solutions, spanning configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in software engineering or technical delivery, a CS or related degree, and experience with AI, LLMs, and data integration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with customer-facing technical delivery (consulting or professional services).
• Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.

Responsibilities

• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
• Own technical components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
• Develop agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and outcomes.
• Co-build with customers and partners, sharing best practices and enablement.
