Job summary

Workato is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Forward Deployed Engineering team in the United Kingdom. You will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors within enterprise IT ecosystems.

You will implement agent-based AI workflows, develop prompting and memory management, and collaborate with customers to deliver tailored, scalable AI/RAG-based solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design, development and implementation experience.
• Proven experience in AI engineering with a focus on agent-based systems.
• Ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows for IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with integration architectures, APIs, and data formats (JSON).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions with autonomous behaviors.
• Implement agent-based AI workflows and memory/behavior planning techniques.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI-driven architectures including RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored, scalable AI solutions using Workato platform.
• Contribute to product development and knowledge base; translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
