Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer to embed with customers, solving complex business problems using the OutSystems platform and agentic capabilities. You will scope work, prove feasibility, structure delivery, and measure value while owning the agentic transformation and delivery process for strategic accounts.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, design and deploy AI-driven solutions, and help shape the product roadmap based on field experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven FDE experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on design, build and deploy AI solutions to production.
• Experience with agentic AI, LLM workflows, RAG, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience preparing enterprise data for AI use cases, including unstructured/semi-structured data.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, guardrails and compliance.
• Consultative engineering skills to turn ambiguous problems into practical prototypes.
• Ability to work onsite with strategic customers as needed.

• Accelerate Adoption: drive the adoption of Agentic capabilities at strategic accounts.
• AI-Native Delivery: prototype and deliver AI solutions, proving feasibility and value.
• Client Engagement: lead transformational discussions and growth strategy with executives.
• Business Development: identify opportunities to expand use cases with Account Teams.
• Product Feedback Loop: relay field insights to evolve product gaps.
