Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a Fulfilment Centre shift. You will own safety culture, uphold quality, and drive performance across day and night shifts within a fast-paced environment.

You will analyse shift data, implement improvements, mentor new managers, and collaborate with senior leaders to standardise practices. The role demands hands-on leadership at scale and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Formación

• Experience in people management.
• Experience communicating clearly with leadership, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree, or Advanced degree, or equivalent experience.

• Analyse and implement changes to keep quality and productivity at a consistently high level.
• Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity and increase quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility.

• Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices.
