Staffline in Telford is recruiting a Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Truck Operative for a busy warehouse and distribution site. The role offers a full-time, 3 days on / 3 days off shift pattern from 06:00 to 18:00, with overtime paid at £16.17/hour.

Immediate starts may be available and the position supports a stable, well-organised warehouse environment. Applicants should hold a valid Reach & Counterbalance FLT licence and have prior warehouse or forklift experience, along with a good health

Responsabilités

• Safely operating reach and counterbalance forklift trucks.
• Loading and unloading vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Moving, storing and replenishing stock within the warehouse.
• Completing put-away and order-picking duties accurately.
• Checking goods for damage and reporting any issues.
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Truck Operative to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation.

Staffline is recruiting Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Truck Operatives in

Telford.

The rate of pay is

£12.94 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at

£16.17 per hour.

This is a

full-time position working a 3 days on, 3 days off shift pattern,

from 06:00 to 18:00.

This role would suit an experienced FLT operative looking for a stable position, consistent shifts and the opportunity to work within a well-organised warehouse environment.

Your Time at Work

Key responsibilities:

• Safely operating reach and counterbalance forklift trucks.
• Loading and unloading vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Moving, storing and replenishing stock within the warehouse.

Requirements:

• A valid and in-date Reach and Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Previous warehouse or forklift experience.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to support the wider warehouse operation.
• Experience within the FMCG or distribution sector would be advantageous, but it is not essential, as full training and site-specific induction will be provided.
