Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting for an FLT Operative (Reach and Counterbalance) to join a busy warehouse team in a long-term role with a potential for permanency after a temporary period.

This position runs Monday to Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm (40 hours/week). You will operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, load/unload deliveries, move stock, and maintain a safe, tidy warehouse following health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Counterbalance licence is required.
• Reach truck licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck and Counterbalance Forklift Trucks.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Move stock around the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced

Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term employment, with the potential of a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating both

Reach Truck and

Counterbalance Forklift Trucks

• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid and up-to-date
• Valid and up-to-date

Counterbalance Licence

• Previous warehouse experience
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
