Job Opportunity: Experienced Forklift Drivers (Counterbalance & Reach Truck)

Location: Cawston Site
Shift Patterns: Rotating 8-hour shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, occasional nights 10pm-6am)
Transport: Own transport required

We are currently seeking skilled and certified Forklift Drivers to join our warehouse and production support team. This role involves operating both Counterbalance and Reach Trucks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and supporting production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport freshly produced pallets to stock and supply goods to production lines
• Operate palletisers and wrapping machines
• Load and unload lorries
• Store pallets in racking systems
• Pick orders by pallet or case using a computerised system
• Manually restack, rebuild, and wrap pallets when required
• Perform general warehouse duties including:
  • Stock control and stock taking
  • Daily forklift safety checks
  • Sweeping and cleaning warehouse areas

About You:

• Valid forklift certification (Counterbalance & Reach Truck) from a recognised authority
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including occasional night shifts
• Own transport is essential due to shift times and location
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with stock control systems
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Reliable and detail-oriented, with a commitment to high standards
• Demonstrates exceptional awareness of Health & Safety practices
