Pertemps North Midlands seeks a Forklift Driver – Counterbalance for a logistics operation in Foston. This full-time post pays £14.36 to £16.98 hourly, dependent on shift pattern, with immediate starts offered.

Duties cover loading and unloading trailers, moving stock across the warehouse, quality inspections, plus operating RF scanning equipment. Supporting stock control and rotation forms part of the work, as does following health and safety rules. Both current and expired licences are accepted. Applicants need solid counterbalance experience, accuracy, and awareness of safe working practices. Ongoing assignments and progression prospects exist for the right person.

We are currently recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a major logistics operation based in Foston. We have immediate inductions and starts available, with regular, ongoing work and excellent opportunities for progression. Current and expired forklift licences will be considered.

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, your duties will include:

• Loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently

The successful candidate will have:

• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence ; expired licences may also be considered
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
• The flexibility to work rotating or fixed shifts
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• A strong work ethic and reliable approach to attendance
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Shift Patterns & Pay

• 3-Shift Rotation – £15.32 per hour
• Nights: 10:00pm – 6:00am
• Afternoons: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Earlies: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Fixed Nights – £16.98 per hour 10:00pm – 6:00am
• Fixed Early & Afternoon Shifts – £14.36 per hour 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
