Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a busy logistics operation in the UK. This ongoing agency assignment offers regular weekly work and potential for extended placements based on performance and business needs.

Shifts include early, day, late or night patterns; overtime is available at enhanced rates. Applicants must hold a valid Counterbalance licence and have warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent)
• Previous Counterbalance forklift experience in warehouse/logistics

Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced Forklift Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy logistics operation through an agency. This is an ongoing role within a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment, supporting the movement and storage of goods.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Moving pallets and stock throughout the warehouse
• Stacking and storing goods in designated locations
• Assisting with stock control and inventory movements
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Carrying out daily forklift safety checks
• Following all company health & safety procedures and site regulations

Experience & Qualifications

You will need:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent)
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck in a warehouse or logistics environment
