Job summary

Pertemps North Midlands is recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a major logistics operation in Foston. This full-time role offers immediate starts with pay ranging from £14.36 to £16.98 per hour, depending on shift pattern.

You will load and unload trailers, move stock around the warehouse and perform quality checks using RF scanning equipment. Candidates should have a valid counterbalance licence (expired licences may be considered), warehouse experience, and good literacy and

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence or certificate.
• Experience in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating or fixed shifts.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Move and handle stock throughout the warehouse.
• Conduct quality inspections of goods.
• Use RF scanning equipment to track stock.
• Support stock control and rotation processes.
• Follow all warehouse health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment.
