Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a Tipton-based distribution centre. The role offers Monday to Friday shifts, weekly pay, on-site parking, and potential for permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential.

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Good awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
• Flexible and willing to support general warehouse duties.

HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver on behalf of a well-established distribution centre based in Tipton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Storing goods in the correct locations
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Carrying out warehouse duties when required
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and site rules

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential
• Previous Counterbalance FLT experience is essential
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred
• Good awareness of Health & Safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Good attention to detail
• Flexible and willing to support with general warehouse duties when required
