Job summary

Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance and Reach FLT Driver to join a Birmingham-based logistics operation. This twilight shift runs Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 03:00, with weekly pay and a temp-to-perm progression for the right candidate.

The role involves safe operation of Counterbalance and Reach FLT trucks, loading/unloading, stock movement, and ensuring health and safety compliance across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Valid and in-date Reach FLT licence.
• Previous experience operating both types of truck.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLT trucks safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving and storing stock throughout the warehouse.
• Replenishing stock and supporting warehouse operations.
• Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties when required.
• Carrying out basic equipment checks.
• Reporting any faults, damage or safety concerns.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
