Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support IAM solutions for medium to large-scale clients across various industries.
• Analyze client requirements and design ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS solutions accordingly.
• Participate actively in project execution, demonstrating strong technical skills.
• Customize and extend ForgeRock components and integrate with backend systems.
• Configure high availability environments and clustering for ForgeRock solutions.
• Develop and manage user journeys, workflows, and IDM components.
• Integrate ForgeRock with reporting platforms, provisioning targets, and cloud environments.
• Perform performance testing and optimization of IAM components.
• Collaborate with global teams and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in IT, with 10-12 years in-depth domain and technical knowledge of IAM.
• Strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS.
• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and cloud platforms like GCP, GKE, Terraform.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• CISSP certification is a bonus.
• Open to travel as required.

Technical Skills:

• Operating Systems: WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic.
• Languages: Java/J2EE, C, C++.
• Databases: Oracle, Postgres, MS SQL Server.
• Directory Servers: ODSEE, OpenDJ, ADLDS, RadiantOne.
• Tools & Technologies: Docker, GKE, Terraform, GCP, REST, SOAP, JSON.

Qualifications:

• Strong IAM implementation experience, especially with ForgeRock products.
• Customer-facing experience and excellent communication skills.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
