Candidate should have 15+ years of experience with IT and 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS with good knowledge of designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

• Implementation and support experience from medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals.
• Play an active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical skills.
• Demonstrate capabilities in understanding clients' business environment and mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives as needed.

Required Skills:

• Experience in implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), IDM, AM, DS.
• Experience with LDAP concepts and directories such as Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Experience in upgrading and migrating ForgeRock components.
• Knowledge of deployment in high availability environments and clustering.
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock components setup, web services, customization, and extension.
• Experience with cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Ability to develop backup, restore, and account templates.
• Integration experience with AD, Exchange, HR systems, Linux, etc.
• Development of user journeys, workflows, and IDM components.
• Experience with application servers and J2EE products.
• Good knowledge of Java/J2EE, XML, and performance testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work globally.
• GCP knowledge is mandatory.
• Understanding of authentication protocols like OAuth, MTLS, and certificates.
