Job summary

Forestry England in the Central region is seeking an Establishment Forester for a permanent, full-time role. The position covers Sherwood Pines or Cannock Chase, working 37 hours per week with a salary of £30,105 per annum.

You will support beat teams to deliver ground prep, restocking and establishment of future tree crops, coordinating contractors and resources while maintaining high health, safety and quality standards.

• Coordinate with beat teams, supervise establishment tractors and contracts resources.
• Ensure health & safety and quality standards, meet targets within time frames, work in a team or solo as required.
