Job summary
Mountain Healthcare seeks a GMC-registered Doctor for Sexual Assault Referral Centre services in Penrith. You will perform clinical forensic examinations, liaise with police and social services, and lead safeguarding and holistic assessments for patients of all ages.

Qualifications
- GMC-registered Doctor with at least 3 years post-Foundation experience.
- Knowledge of safeguarding children and adults; confidentiality.
- Experience in Sexual health, Paediatrics, GP or Obs/Gynae.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Advanced DBS and level 2 Police vetting required; 3 years UK residency.
- Medical indemnity by start date.
Responsibilities
- Forensic examinations and obtaining exhibits.
- Develop forensic strategies according to FFLM guidelines.
- Partner with external MDTs and Police.
- Point of contact for Police and Social Services to discuss referral pathways.
- Holistic assessments including sexual health, mental health, and safeguarding.
- Support the continued quality improvement of the service.
- Operate under Forensic Science Regulator requirements.
- Obtain consent for Health and Forensic procedures
