Job summary

Three Valleys Hospital is seeking a Chartered Psychologist to join its multidisciplinary team on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week). You will lead psychological assessments, deliver interventions, and contribute to risk management and service development.

The role requires HCPC registration, a BPS recognised psychology degree, and experience in forensic or psychiatric settings. Elysium Healthcare offers pro rata salary £58,630, along with extensive benefits and career development

Qualifications

BPS recognised psychology degree and HCPC registration.
Chartered psychologist status and eligibility to supervise.
Experience delivering psychological treatments in forensic or psychiatric settings.
Understanding of evidence-based psychological practice and research.

Responsibilities

Attend CPA reviews and provide psychological input for decision-making.
Assess service users with psychometric measures and report results.
Develop evidence-based practices and policies as per service delivery agreement.
Conduct research, publish and present work as required.
Design and deliver training within the psychology team.
Manage a clinical caseload and contribute to MDT discussions.
