Qualifications

• BPS recognised psychology degree.
• HPC Registration.
• Chartered Psychologist status.
• Approved supervision within BPS guidelines.
• Understanding of evidence-based psychological practice.
• Experience in applying psychology to secure psychiatric/forensic settings.
• Research and project work experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend CPA reviews and provide a psychological perspective for patient treatment and risk assessment.
• Assess service users using psychometric measures; interpret and report results.
• Contribute to development of evidence-based practices and policies.
• Conduct research aligned with department guidelines and publish findings.
