Job summary

Thornford Park Hospital, part of Elysium Healthcare, is seeking a part-time Clinical/Forensic Psychologist (30 hours/week) to provide specialist input within a male Low Secure Unit. You will manage your own caseload, deliver assessments and therapies, and contribute to MDTs and care planning.

The role requires HCPC registration and eligibility for Chartered status with the BPS, with hospital-based supervision and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist and eligible for Chartered status with the BPS.
• Experience applying psychological models to address risk and behavioural issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload in a male Low Secure Unit.
• Attend MDTs, CPA discussions and hospital-wide meetings.
• Provide both long- and short-term assessments and treatments.
• Deliver individual and group therapies and contribute to care plans.
