Job summary

Three Valleys Hospital in Keighley is seeking an experienced Psychologist for a part-time role (22.5 hours/week) within a multidisciplinary team. You will manage a caseload, conduct psychometric assessments, and contribute to treatment pathways in a secure psychiatric setting.

Reporting to the Lead Psychologist, you will engage in supervision and CPD opportunities, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and evidence-based practice. Competitive pro rata salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BPS recognised psychology degree required.
• HPC Registration required.
• Chartered Psychologist status preferred.
• Approved supervisor status within BPS guidelines.
• Understanding of evidence-based psychological practice.
• Ability to apply psychology to secure psychiatric settings.
• Experience in forensic or psychiatric settings.
• Experience in research and project work.

Responsibilities

• Attend CPA reviews and provide psychological input for MDT decisions.
• Assess service users using psychometric measures and report results.
• Contribute to development of evidence-based practices and policies.
• Conduct research and publish/present findings.
