Job summary

You will set department goals, manage Service Leaders and colleagues, control stock and cash, and drive sales, margins and waste targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good commercial acumen including sales, stock management and wastage controls.
• Experience recruiting, managing and developing a team and dealing with all aspects of people management.
• Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Set department goals aligned to company values.
• Lead Service Leaders to deliver great customer service and brand excellence on every shift.
• Manage day-to-day operations including stock control and cash handling.
• Oversee financial performance including sales, margin and waste targets, budget analysis and cost control.
• Improve the business through customer-focused thinking and identify commercial opportunities.
• Manage rota and shift planning, and all aspects of people management.
• Coach and develop colleagues to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment compliant with legislation and internal policies.
• Collaborate with People and Commercial teams to deliver products and standards.
