Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Planning Systems Lead to own the Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) system within the Supply Chain COE. You will configure, maintain and optimise the system to support forecasting, replenishment and inventory performance across the organisation.

You will diagnose data quality, parameter setup and logic issues, provide hands-on training, govern configurations and communicate impact to stakeholders while driving KPI improvements and standardised processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand or supply planning within a supply chain environment preferred.
• Commitment to continuous improvement; highly organized with attention to detail.
• Motivation and collaborative approach to adopting best practices.
• Proactive, able to own system performance and process improvements.
• Understanding forecasting, replenishment and inventory management principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as first-line support for planners, diagnosing data-related, configuration-driven or systemic issues.
• Own and optimise F&R system logic, parameters and business rules for replenishment and inventory performance.
• Configure and maintain system processes, user views, KPI dashboards, and timed reports for visibility.
• Oversee user roles, permissions and governance to ensure secure, reliable operation.
• Manage a structured backlog of system improvements aligned with business impact.
• Design and validate changes in test environments before production migration.
• Communicate system updates and business impact to stakeholders.
