Job summary

TC is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Assistant to help maintain product availability, manage stock effectively and drive supplier performance. You will forecast demand, place POs, monitor stock, and provide data-led insights to support business decisions across Sales, Logistics, Product Development and Finance.

You'll work with demand planning software and ERP systems to optimise stock and costs, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to minimize stockouts and overstock.

Qualifications

• Experience with demand planning, purchasing or procurement.
• Understanding of the supply chain environment and market dynamics.
• Strong numerical ability and data interpretation skills.
• Experience using ERP/planning systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
• Proactive, collaborative and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Submit purchase orders to suppliers and ensure availability.
• Maintain target product availability while reducing stockouts and costs.
• Work with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and forecasts.
• Build supplier relationships through regular communication.
• Collect and share supplier performance data and plan improvements.
• Participate in regular S&OP meetings to align forecasts with priorities.
• Gather market insights to inform demand and promotions.
• Provide data-led input to improve systems and reporting.
