Job summary

Pets at Home Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own and optimise our RELEX forecasting and replenishment capabilities, balancing system expertise with team leadership at our Handforth Support Office.

The role requires collaboration with Supply Chain, Commercial and IT teams to improve availability, inventory and service while coaching colleagues and driving continuous improvement. Travel to a Fulfilment Centre in Stafford is required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with RELEX or equivalent forecasting & replenishment systems.
• Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory and replenishment dynamics.
• Experience leading or developing others with a collaborative leadership style.
• Confident communicator who can simplify complex topics and influence at all levels.
• Proven ability to diagnose root causes and design scalable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise RELEX forecasting & replenishment platform, ensuring configuration, parameters and ordering logic deliver strong outcomes.
• Monitor performance, proactively managing risks to availability, stock and service.
• Diagnose root causes and design scalable, sustainable solutions that improve planning effectiveness.
• Support and coach stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear, practical guidance.
• Lead and develop a small, high-performing team, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Commercial, IT and external partners to deliver change.
