Boots UK is seeking a Replenishment Lead to manage day‑to‑day Invent Forecasting and Replenishment, linking business units with the Invent system and hub operations. You will apply business rules and inputs to influence forecasts and replenishment decisions across Boots UK and Ireland stores and dotcom fulfilment locations.

You’ll report to the Replenishment Manager and work with the Hub team to optimise system setup, aiming to improve availability, working capital and operating efficiency

• Supply chain experience with stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Ability to work at pace.
• SME level understandIng of the Invent system including AI/ML forecasting.
• Strong analytical tools and techniques.
• Continually looking for ways to improve KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Manage warehouse to store replenishment for Boots UK and Ireland stores and dotcom fulfilment locations.
• Configure parameters in the Invent system and input data simulations to influence forecasts and replenishment.
• Review system alerts, manage exceptions, and apply analytical methods to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Hub and Supply/Commercial teams to optimise system setup for business objectives.
• Incorporate store feedback and manage system inputs and stakeholder responses.
