Job summary

Relay is seeking a Lead Data Analyst for the Network squad to own analytical oversight across forecasting systems. You will monitor model performance, detect drift, and quantify business impact, working closely with Data Scientists and across functions such as Sortation and Last Mile.

The role emphasizes setting analytical standards, building dashboards, and translating outcomes into actions that reduce CPP costs and improve capacity utilization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analysis or similar role.
• Fluent SQL skills with experience in forecasting.
• Experience building operational dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Track forecast accuracy across network models.
• Surface model drift and performance issues.
• Diagnose forecast errors by client, geography and horizon.
• Build dashboards to expose model performance.
• Define metrics and analytical direction for the Network squad.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to justify model improvements.
• Monitor capacity vs demand across Sortation, Middle Mile, Last Mile.
• Translate model performance into actionable business impact.
