Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Network MI & Systems Lead to own end-to-end reporting strategy across the operational network, turning data into performance insights.

You'll lead a high-performing MI team, develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and governance, and influence senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance, and Legal. This hybrid leadership role requires strong SQL, SAP Analytics Cloud, and JavaScript skills, with a focus on data quality and timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years creating KPIs and MI solutions.
• Proven experience designing and developing business intelligence dashboards that provide clear and actionable insight.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transport, or other operationally intensive environments is highly desirable.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Strong SQL, SAP Analytics Cloud/Business Objects, and JavaScript skills and data governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational reporting strategy with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and performance reports.
• Integrate operational and financial metrics for a consistent reporting experience.
• Provide real-time reporting to identify risks and support proactive operational recovery.
• Lead and develop a MI team and govern data quality.
• Present performance insights to senior management and directors.
