Job summary

Relay is building a data-driven Pitstop squad to scale the network from 170k to 2M parcels per day. As a Data Analyst, you will own analytics that measure launch readiness, handover speed, and pitstop retention while reducing LiveOps load.

You will sit in a central data team and collaborate with operations, sales, and engineering to drive actionable improvements. You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and advance dbt models to provide the squad with a trustworthy source of truth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analytics experience, preferably in logistics or operations.
• Fluent in SQL with strong experience using BI tools.
• Experience with dbt data models and data pipelines.
• Able to collaborate with operations, design, engineering and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pitstop squad's five outcome metrics and build monitoring around them.
• Analyze pitstop performance and pricing to identify actionable insights.
• Quantify impact of initiatives on cost and LiveOps load.
• Develop launch-readiness analytics and cohort ramp curves.
• Build the retention layer with health scores and churn analysis.
• Investigate LiveOps ticket load by category and reason.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards for transparency.
• Maintain and extend the squad's dbt models and pipelines.
