Job summary

Good Tuesday is seeking a Buyer & Merchandising Manager in the UK to own stock forecasting and purchasing across ecommerce, wholesale and marketplace channels. You will monitor stock, lead times and margins, build forecasting models, and collaborate with suppliers to keep delivery schedules on track.

We value hands-on planning, data-driven improvements, and the ability to implement AI-enabled tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• At least four years’ experience in merchandising, demand planning, inventory planning, commercial buying or a related role.
• Strong experience in sales forecasting, stock management and purchase-order planning.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups and forecasting models.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, Inventory and Merchandising: Analyse sales and stock data across ecommerce, wholesale and marketplace channels to forecast demand and inventory requirements.
• Buying and Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage purchase orders, pricing, MOQs and lead times.
• Assortment and Commercial Planning: Support commercially strong product assortments and analyze category performance.
• Data, Reporting and AI-Enabled Tools: Use AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting, reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Critical Path and Cross-Functional Planning: Coordinate with Product, Design, Operations, Finance and Marketing to meet key dates and launches.
