PRS Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer in Central London and the West End is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to service high-end offices. The role covers electrical and mechanical systems, emergency lighting, HVAC, pumps, and coordination with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
• Perform Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm testing
• Maintain HVAC systems and associated plant room equipment
• Service and repair pumps, motors, and related components
• Keep accurate service records using a PDA system
• Liaise with subcontractors for specialised tasks
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety and site regulations
• Conduct inspections and pre-empt potential issues

Salary: £50,000 + Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
