Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer for London offices, providing engineering support across multiple high-end commercial sites. You will perform electrical and mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance, and assist with tenant and project works to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Willingness to travel within Zones 1–2 is required. The role offers progression into supervisory positions with a competitive salary up to £50,000 and attractive benefits, including

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 IF Electrical or Mechanical (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
• Good understanding of health & safety and statutory compliance
• Confident, client-facing, and reliable with strong communication skills
• Willing to travel within Zones 1-2 and work semi-static across key sites

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support across multiple commercial office sites
• Carry out both electrical and mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance
• Support tenant and project works, ensuring smooth delivery of additional services
• Manage and liaise with subcontractors for specialist services
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including: Fire alarms, Emergency lighting, Water treatment, HVAC systems, including AHUs and FCUs, Complete reports, logbooks, and assist with monthly compliance documentation
• Occasionally work out-of-hours or attend call-outs

Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer - Client Direct - London - Commercial Offices - Up to £50K

The Opportunity

We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join one of the fastest-growing companies of it's type in London. Currently there are opportunities within the organisationfor Fabric Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Mechanical Engineers due to growth within the company.

As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you'll work across a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings. You'll also assist with quoted works and tenant maintenance projects. This role offers variety, autonomy, and clear progression into senior roles such as Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support across multiple commercial office sites
• Carry out both electrical and mechanicalPPM(Planned Preventative Maintenance) andreactive maintenance
• Supporttenant and project works, ensuring smooth delivery of additional services
• Manage and liaise with subcontractors for specialist services
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including:
  • Fire alarms
  • Emergency lighting
  • Water treatment
  • HVAC systems, including AHUs and FCUs
  • Complete reports, logbooks, and assist with monthly compliance documentation
  • Occasionally work out-of-hours or attend call-outs (where applicable)

Salary & Package

• £37,000 - £50,000 depending on discipline, certificates and experience
