Options Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Foot Mobile Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) to cover seven commercial sites across London and Maidenhead. The role offers a salary of £40,000–£44,000 and travel expenses are paid, with a permanent opportunity and immediate start available.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring safety and high standards while coordinating with site teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified or experienced Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
• Strong commercial building maintenance experience.
• Able to work across multiple sites.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence advantageous.
• Flexible approach to working across London and the wider portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across multiple sites.
• Responding to reactive maintenance issues and completing repairs.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective maintenance solutions.
• Completing routine inspections and building services checks.
• Supporting the wider FM team with general M&E maintenance.
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard.
• Completing maintenance records and reporting any defects or issues.
• Liaising with clients, site teams and contractors where required.
• Managing your own workload and travelling between sites as required.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer to join a growing Facilities Management team, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across London and Maidenhead. This is a great opportunity for either an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who enjoys a varied role, working across multiple sites and carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day maintenance support across seven sites, with regular attendance required at each location.

Sites include:

• Maidenhead - 1 day per week on a set day
• Wimbledon - 1 day per week on a set day
• King's Cross
• St Paul's
• Borough Market
• Liverpool Street
• Central London location

The sites in Maidenhead and Wimbledon are fixed days each week, with the remaining sites forming part of the wider mobile portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
