Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer - Client Direct - London - Commercial Offices - Up to £40K

The Opportunity

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join one of the fastest-growing companies of it’s type in London. Currently there are opportunities within the organisation for fabric engineers due to growth within the company.

As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you’ll work across a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings. You’ll also assist with quoted works and tenant maintenance projects. This role offers variety, autonomy, and clear progression into senior roles such as Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Emergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests
• Painting & Decorating
• Basic lighting
• Basic Carpentry and plumbing
• Fixing Furniture
• Hanging Pictures & Shelves
• Maintain and update Log books
• Assist the maintenance team on site
• Escort sub-contractors
• To undertake basic "Fabric duties" which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc

Salary & Package

• Up to £40,000 depending on discipline, certificates and experience
