• Experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Strong health & safety knowledge and statutory compliance.
• Confident, client-facing, reliable with strong communication skills.
• Willing to travel within Zones 1–2 and work semi-static across key sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support across multiple commercial office sites.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Support tenant and project works, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
• Manage and liaise with subcontractors for specialist services.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including water treatment and HVAC.
• Complete reports, logbooks, and assist with monthly compliance documentation.
• Occasionally work out-of-hours or attend call-outs.

Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer - Client Direct - London - Commercial Offices - Up to £50K

The Opportunity

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join one of the fastest-growing companies of it's type in London. Currently there are opportunities within the organisation for Fabric Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Mechanical Engineers due to growth within the company.

As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you'll work across a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings. You'll also assist with quoted works and tenant maintenance projects. This role offers variety, autonomy, and clear progression into senior roles such as Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support across multiple commercial office sites
• Carry out both electrical and mechanical PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance
• Support tenant and project works, ensuring smooth delivery of additional services
• Manage and liaise with subcontractors for specialist services
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including:
  • Water treatment
  • HVAC systems, including AHUs and FCUs
• Complete reports, logbooks, and assist with monthly compliance documentation
• Occasionally work out-of-hours or attend call-outs (where applicable)

Salary & Package

• £37,000 - £50,000 depending on discipline, certificates and experience

What We're Looking For

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 IF Electrical or Mechanical (or equivalent)
