Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer for Central London, Wimbledon and Maidenhead on a mobile basis. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across tenanted commercial sites, with a fixed weekly rota and a Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 schedule.

The role requires electrical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 2/3) and a proven background in M&E and building maintenance, with multi-skilled capabilities and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2&3.
• City & Guilds 17th/18th Edition.
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out M&E/Fabric maintenance across tenanted areas.
• Lighting installation, fault finding, lamping and ballast changes.
• Emergency lighting tests and AHU maintenance.
• BMS monitoring and control of building services.
• Air conditioning, water systems, heating and ventilation maintenance.
• Attend client meetings and keep site logs updated.
• Escort and organise subcontractors as required.

Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - London - £40,000

Are you an experienced maintenance engineer with building maintenance experience on tenanted areas?

An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider on a mobile basis covering tenanted areas of a number of commercial office's in Central London (London, Wimbledon and Maidenhead). The successful candidates will be electrically qualified and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working alongside the maintenance teams on site, He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across tenanted areas for multiple clients.

This role is 1 day a week in Maidenhead, 3.5 days a week in Central London and 0.5 Days a week in Wimbledon, the days are set and you will have the same rota every week.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Air Handling Unit’s
• Building Management Systems
• Air Conditioning equipment
• Cold Water systems
• Heating and Ventilation systems
• Emergency lighting
• Fan Coil Units
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• Updating Log books
• Escort / organise sub contractors
• Attend client meetings if required
• Ensure site log books are kept up to date
