CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a premier portfolio of commercial offices in Central London. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across Zones 1-2, covering electrical, mechanical or fabric disciplines as per your trade background.

The role emphasizes a professional client-facing service and opportunities for progression. Key duties include maintenance across multiple buildings, support for tenant fit-outs, and compliance checks.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Understanding of statutory compliance and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across Central London office buildings.
• Maintenance of HVAC systems including AHUs and FCUs.
• Work with tenants on fit-outs and small projects.
• Liaise with site management and supervise subcontractors.
• Maintain maintenance reports and logs.
• Provide a professional, client-facing service.

Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer - Client Direct - Commercial Office Portfolio - Central London - Up to £50,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join one of London's fastest-growing client-direct property companies. Due to continued expansion, opportunities are available for Electrical, Mechanical, and Fabric Engineers to work across a prestigious portfolio of commercial office buildings throughout Zones 1 & 2. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a varied, client-facing role with genuine opportunities for career progression. Working across multiple high-end commercial buildings, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, support tenant projects, and play a key role in maintaining first-class facilities. Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 am - 17:00 pm
• Overtime Available
• Occasional Call-Outs (where applicable)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial office buildings.
• Completing electrical, mechanical, or fabric maintenance depending on your trade background.
• Supporting tenant fit-outs, quoted works, and small project works.
• Maintaining HVAC systems, including AHUs and FCUs.
• Carrying out statutory compliance tasks, including emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, and water treatment checks.
• Completing maintenance reports, logbooks, and compliance documentation.
• Liaising with and supervising specialist subcontractors.
• Providing a professional, client-facing service while building strong relationships with tenants and site management.
• Supporting the wider engineering team across multiple Central London sites.

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (where applicable)
• Proven experience within commercial building maintenance
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and health & safety legislation
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Comfortable working across multiple sites throughout Central London
• Reliable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
