Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking a Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer to work across a portfolio of high-end commercial offices in London. The role offers variety, autonomy, and clear progression into senior roles such as Supervisor.

You'll perform routine maintenance, assist with quoted works, and travel within Zones 1–2 to client's sites. The salary is up to £40,000, with 28 days leave, private medical insurance after probation, and several benefits to support your career development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Good understanding of health & safety and statutory compliance.
• Confident, client-facing with strong communication skills.
• Willing to travel within Zones 1–2 and work semi-static across key sites.

Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer - Client Direct - London - Commercial Offices - Up to £40K

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join one of the fastest-growing companies of it's type in London. Currently there are opportunities within the organisation for fabric engineers due to growth within the company.

As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you'll work across a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings. You'll also assist with quoted works and tenant maintenance projects. This role offers variety, autonomy, and clear progression into senior roles such as Supervisor.
