Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions seeks a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer for a facilities management service provider in London. The role covers tenanted commercial offices across Central London, Wimbledon and Maidenhead, performing planned and reactive maintenance on M&E and fabric systems.

The rota is fixed (Maidenhead 1 day, Central London 3.5 days, Wimbledon 0.5 day) with hours 08:00–17:00, Mon–Fri. Offered are £40,000 per annum, 22 days holiday, Zones 1–6 travel card, Pension, and company equipment

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2/3.
• City & Guilds 17th/18th Edition.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of M&E/fabric maintenance for tenanted offices.
• Lighting work: installation, fault finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, power distribution.
• Emergency lighting tests and AHU maintenance.
• BMS and HVAC system monitoring and upkeep.
• Update log books and coordinate subcontractors; attend client meetings.

Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - London - £40,000

Are you an experienced maintenance engineer with building maintenance experience on tenanted areas? Are you interested in working on some exclusive contracts? If the answer is yes, then read on....

An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider on a mobile basis covering tenanted areas of a number of commercial office's in Central London (London, Wimbledon and Maidenhead). The successful candidates will be electrically qualifiedand will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working alongside the maintenance teams on site, He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across tenanted areas for multiple clients.

This role is 1 day a week in Maidenhead, 3.5 days a week in Central London and 0.5 Days a week in Wimbledon, the days are set and you will have the same rota every week.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Air Handling Unit’s
• Building Management Systems
• Air Conditioning equipment
• Cold Water systems
• Heating and Ventilation systems
• Emergency lighting
• Fan Coil Units
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• Updating Log books
• Escort / organise sub contractors
• Attend client meetings if required
• Ensure site log books are kept up to date

Requirements

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
• City & Guilds - 17th / 18th Edition
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
