Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover multiple buildings in Central London. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential properties, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.

Immediate start and ongoing temporary basis available. The successful candidate should be electrically/ mechanically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2/3) with 18th Edition, and be able to provide trade certificates.

Qualifications

• Electrically/Mechanically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2/3.
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition certification required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out lighting installation, fault finding and lamping.
• Perform emergency lighting tests and maintain AHU/FCU filters.
• Work on control panels and ballast changes.
• Monitor and operate BMS systems for climate control.
• Carry out M&E and fabric maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and update building log books.

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in the City. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for two foot mobile engineers to be based in commercial buildings in Central London on a temp ongoing basis. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance covering multiple buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in building maintenance.

Hours of work / Information

• Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
• Foot Mobile, covering 3-4 buildings Commercial and Residential
• Based around zones 1 & 2 ( travel card provided )
• Temporary ongoing
• £26p/h

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• AHU / FCU's (Filter changes etc)
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

Requirements
