Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover all London, working across a varied portfolio of commercial sites. The role focuses on both planned and reactive maintenance with a company van and fuel card provided.

You will perform high-quality PPM and reactive work, including electrical and mechanical tasks across HVAC systems, BMS, FCUs/AHUs, and building fabric repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings.
• City & Guilds Level 2/3 and 18th Edition certification required.
• DBS check clearance required.
• Strong organisation and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial buildings.
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance, including BMS systems, HVAC, AHUs and FCUs.
• Building fabric repairs and water treatment tasks.
• Responding to helpdesk requests and meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Working independently and across multiple contracts; site cover for holidays and sickness.

Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Covering All of London – FM Provider – £43,000 + Van & Fuel Card

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a fresh challenge across a varied commercial portfolio?

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM provider. You'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, covering all of London.

• Up to £43,000 per annum

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• Overtime available + 1 in 8 Call-Out Rota

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial buildings
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance, including:
• BMS systems
• HVAC, AHUs, and FCUs
• Building fabric repairs
• Water treatment and general plumbing tasks
• Responding to helpdesk requests and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
• Working independently and collaboratively across multiple contracts
• Site Cover for Holiday and sickmess

What We're Looking For

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
• 18th Edition certified
• Multi-skilled with a solid understanding of facilities management
• Able to pass a DBS check
• Good organisational and administrative abilities
• Willingness to work overtime when required
